“小子样、零失效”情况下寿命可靠度的置信分析方法

许多造价昂贵，高可靠度要求的产品系统，其工作寿命的试验样本具有“小子样、零失效”的局限，工程中迫切需要对这类产品系统的可靠度予以可信评定。本文给出了只凭工作寿命的“小子样、零失效”可靠性试验样本，求取工作寿命可靠度置信区间的解析公式，并给出算例，计算和分析了不同试验样本系统工作寿命可靠度的置信限，得出了对可靠性评估有指导意义的结论。

METHOD OF LIFE RELIABILITY CONFIDENCE ANALYSIS ON SMALL AND ZERO FAILURE SAMPLES
