聚能装药用多点环形起爆器的设计

摘    要:设计了一种聚能装药用多点环形起爆器,并运用动力学分析软件LS-DYNA和AUTODYN对其作用过程进行仿真,优化了多点环形起爆器的起爆点数和关键几何尺寸参数.应用高速摄影技术测量了经多点环形起爆器环形起爆后B炸药装药中形成的爆轰波阵面形状,结果表明在圆柱形B炸药装药中形成了理想的喇叭形爆轰波.

Abstract:A multi-point ring initiator applying for shaped charge was developed.Its action process was simulated,and its detonating point number and key geometric dimensions were optimized by using dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA/AUTODYN.The shape of detonation wavefront in B explosive produced by multi-point ring initiator was measured by using high speed photography.The result shows that an ideal horn detonation wave is formed in cylindrical charge of B explosive.
