电磁铆接工艺在机翼整体油箱上的应用

摘    要:针对锤铆、压铆工艺存在的不足,通过干涉量分布、疲劳寿命和气密耐久性等试验对几种典型铆接工艺进行对比,表明电磁铆接工艺不仅保证了较高的疲劳寿命,改善了劳动条件,提高了生产效率,而且能较好地满足气密性要求。在此基础上,制作了油箱试验件,测得实际检漏条件下的各漏源的漏率不大于10 -6 Pa.m3/s.该研究对于提高机翼整体油箱的制造质量具有重要应用价值。

Abstract:To overcome shortcomings in sealing resulting from pneumatic or pressure riveting, tests of interfer?ence distribution, fatigue life and tightness endurance based on various riveting processes were carried out. The results show that electromagnetic riveting(EMR) ensures longer fatigue life, improves conditions of processing, increases productivity, and also meets the tightness requirement. Fuel tank simulator with the EMR was made and its tightness over various leaks was found to be less than the threshold of 1O-6 Pa.m3/s.
