音频检测弹体药室容积的研究

摘    要:提出了一种用于弹体药室容积的音频检测新方法。依据音频共振原理,利用共振频率和内耗两个音频参数的共同作用,快速在线检测弹体药室容积,并用此法与传统的“水称重”法进行理论和实验对比分析。应用计算机进行数值拟合,建立了数学模型,并利用回代法予以验证。

Abstract:A sonic testing new method for detecting the volume of bomb chamber is introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of sonic resonance, resonant frequency and damping capacity are used as two parameters to test the volume online quickly. The new method has been compared with the conventional "water" method in theory and practice- Numerical computation and curve fitting are made with computer to verify the effectiveness of the mathematical model set up.
