| 摘 要： | 本文提出了基于离散型观测值评价指标值归一量化处理的隶属函数的建立准则、技术途径及方法;以引信公差等级指标为例构建了隶属函数.从四类评价指标的特性出发,分析考查了各指标值类型一致化和无量纲化处理的机理,建立了各类指标值可公度性处理通用公式,讨论了通式特征值及其通式的物理意义,给出了典型算例.

| Abstract: | This paper brought forward the path and method for setting up the attributes to a function in the evaluation index from discrete observations based on normalizing. Attributes to the function for the case of fuze tolerance grades have been taken as examples. The mechanism of handling all the types toward standardization and dimension lessness was analysed with the specific properties of 4 types of evaluation index values. Common formulas for commesuration in handling the index values were set up. Eigenvalue of the common formulas and their physical meaning were discussed. Typical examples have been shown. |
