柴油机气缸盖/气缸套之间的密封性能研究

摘    要:针对12V型整体式气缸盖柴油机的气缸盖/气缸套密封系统,采用有限元法,研究了固紧螺栓预紧力大小及分配、固紧螺栓位置、气缸盖材料等因素对密封系统性能的影响规律。对确定的气缸爆发压力,计算出了理论上能保证密封的最小预紧力。得出的结论有益于对整体式气缸盖柴油机的改进设计。文中计算采用了SDRC公司的I-DEAS

Abstract:With the help of CAD and FEM, the influence of bolt pretightening force distribution, bolt positioning and material of cylinder head on the sealing performance between the cylinder head and cylinder sleeve in a 12V diesel engine with integrated cylinder head are studied. For the specified in-cylinder pressure, the minimum pretightening force is calculated in theory. The conclusions derived are of benefit to the improvement of the diesel engine with integrated cylinder head. SDRC's I-DEASTM software has been used in building up the models and performing the finite element calculations.
