摘    要:本文运用多刚体系统动力学中R-W方法进行机构运动计算,编制了轮式车辆双横臂悬架转向机构优化设计通用程序。优化模型中考虑了车轮跳动对转向误差的影响,并根据转向过程中的实际要求计入两个权重函数,使转向误差分布更合理。为双横臂悬架转向机构设计提供了一种实用的方法。

Abstract:Calculations of kinematic movement are carried out with the R-W method in the dynamics of multi-rigid-body systems. A general program for the double arm suspension and steering mechanism is formulated. In the model of optimization, influence from errors caused by the bumping of wheels are considered, and two weight functions are considered according to actual conditions. This will improve the distribution of steering errors. It will provide an accurate, practical method for the design of double arm suspension steering mechanisms.
