基于诊断矩阵的旋翼状态监测方法

摘    要:提出了一种基于诊断矩阵的故障检测和隔离方法,开发了旋翼健康监测软件的系统框架。通过故障模型和旋翼系统定量模型的仿真,建立了旋翼的诊断矩阵,利用诊断矩阵中征兆与故障间的依赖关系,提出了一种利用虚拟征兆传感器识别系统冲突集的方法,研究了通过布尔方程求解系统诊断集的算法。该方法具有多故障实时诊断能力,适用于复杂系统的综合健康监测。

Abstract:A method of detecting and isolating fault based on diagnostic matrix was proposed for helicopter rotor,and its health monitor system software framework was developed.The diagnostic matrix was extracted through the simulation of the quantitative models of damaged and undamaged rotor systems.The set of conflicts was recognized by the virtual symptom sensor based on the dependencies between symptoms and faults.Diagnosis candidates were generated by the Boolean hitting algorithm.The method provides multi-fault ...
