装甲车体疲劳裂纹扩展寿命预测方法研究

摘    要:以多体动力学和线弹性断裂力学为理论基础,基于虚拟样机技术,通过建立履带式装甲车辆的刚柔耦合模型并对其进行虚拟试验测试,获得车体薄弱部位的应力谱数据;结合裂纹形状尺寸及材料的断裂特性,预测出了车体裂纹从初始长度扩展至一定长度所经历的寿命里程,从而提出了一种比较实用的预测装甲车体疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的技术方法。

Abstract:Based on theories of dynamics of rigid multi-body systems and linear elastic fracture mechanics and virtual prototyping technique,the stress spectrum of armored hull's weak position was obtained by established rigid-flexible coupling model of the tracked vehicle and set emulational task section;considering the size of the crack and the fracture characteristic of the material,the life of crack growing from an initial size to a certain size was predicted,and a new technique to predict the fatigue crack growth...
