锰酸锂动力蓄电池散热影响因素分析

摘    要:热管理技术是锰酸锂动力蓄电池应用于电动汽车必需的关键技术。以100 Ah锰酸锂动力蓄电池电池为对象,建立三维电池热模型,定量分析工作电流、表面对流传热系数、外壳导热系数对锰酸锂动力蓄电池散热能力的影响。研究表明:降低工作电流,提高表面对流传热系数、外壳导热系数可以显著提高电池散热能力;钢外壳和铝塑膜外壳对于电池散热的影响差异不大。

Abstract:Thermal management technique is one of the key techniques for the vehicle application of LiMn2O4-based lithium-ion power batteries.A three-dimension thermal model for the battery was established to analyze the influences of current,surface convective heat transfer coefficient and battery cell shell thermal conductivity on the heat dissipation capability of the battery.The investigated results show that the heat dissipation capability of the battery is improved by reducing the working current,increasing surf...
