瞬态表面温度传感器的校准技术研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一个用来对瞬态表面温度传感器进行校准的测试系统,其中连续CO2激光器和Nd玻璃脉冲激光器作为激励源分别用于对传感器的静态和动态校准,利用本系统对一些快速响应热电偶进行了校准,结果表明本系统可对时间响应为μs量级的瞬态表面温度传感器进行校准。

Abstract:A dynamic calibration system for transient surface temperature detectors is introduced In this system a pulse laser and a continuous laser are used as the excitation sources Static and dynamic calibrations are carried out, respectively, with the use of the continuous CO 2 laser and Nd glass pulse laser Several quick response thermocouples have been tested on the system The experimental results show that this calibration system can be used to calibrate transient surface temperature detectors with a time response reaching an order of microseconds
