MEMORIZED TESTING AND MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY

The paper introduces a kind of micro-sized instrumentation made up of a senser,adaptive amplifier,A/D converter,memory,controller,interface circuit and a power source.It is of small size,capable of working under high impact acceleration and high enviromental temperatures.It has very low power consumption,is leadless and can be installed within object being measured,as e.g.within the piston of a running engine,or an element rotating at high speed,located several kilometers deep in an oilwell,in a projectile on flight,agear in mesh,or within the bore of a firing artillery.Suitable for use under situations in which it is difficult to set leads,it records the required information during the working process to be taken out after-wards,so that the data can be read and processed with a computer.The paper reveals the configuration in principle,giving the fundamentals of memorized testing and asument,measures of accuracy guarantee,ASIC and some typical applications.
