电镀金刚石线锯锯切轨迹的研究

摘    要:基于冲量理论和振动加工理论,对电镀金刚石线锯锯切过程进行了分析,并对锯切过程中各个阶段的接触状态进行了有限元计算,得出在稳定接触状态下应力沿工件宽度方向分布均匀的结论.结合电镀金刚石锯切实验,采用叠加原理建立了锯切轨迹的数学方程,得到了轨迹计算曲线.通过与实际切割轨迹形貌的对比,计算曲线和实际轨迹曲线之间的误差小于15...
