高能固体推进剂燃烧转爆轰数值模拟

摘    要:建立了一维反应两相流模型,对高能固体推进剂多孔床燃烧转爆轰(DDT)过程进行了数值模拟。当装填密度为83.5%TMD时,计算表明,药床着火后燃烧阵面前形成一致密波,使阵面前药床受到压缩,并逐渐形成完全压实区。压实区前沿压力达1.8GPa时,将引起药床第二次点火,且很快过渡到稳态爆轰。

Abstract:An one-dimensional, two-phase flow model is established. The process of DDT in a 83. 5% TMD propellant porous bed is analyzed with this model. It is shown that a compaction wave is formed ahead of the flame, which compacts the porous bed until the bed is completely collapsed. When the leading pressure of the pore-collapsed zone is beyond 1. 8GPa, the bed is ignited and steady-state detonation occurs quickly.
