有机化合物爆炸下限的理论探讨及预测

摘    要:根据爆轰原理和化学热力学原理,探讨了有机化合物的爆炸下限与燃烧热之间的定量关系,根据有机化合物燃烧热提出了预测爆炸下限的方法,对一百多种有机化合物的计算结果表明,预测值与文献值的一致性令人满意,平均误差0.161;还根据加和性原理,提出依据化合物的组成 预测爆炸下限的方法,对一百多种有机化合物的爆炸下限也进行了预测,结果的平均误差为0.201。

Abstract:Based on the principle of detonation and chemical thermodynamics, the lower explosive limits ( L EL ) of organic compounds were studied, and two methods were developed to predict the lower explosive limits of organic compounds by using the data of combustion heat or the composition of the compounds. The calculated results showed that the predicted L EL agreed with the experiment data satisfactorily, and the mean absolute deviations were 0.161 and 0.210. Not only can the methods be used to predict the L EL of organic compounds, but can help to understand the quantitative relation between L EL and the heat of combustion or composition.
