低爆速爆炸焊接乳化炸药的制备与性能

摘    要:为使乳化炸药的性能满足爆炸焊接用炸药的要求,采用乳胶基质与泡沫塑料和碳酸盐类矿物粉混合制得一种低爆速爆炸焊接乳化炸药。对该炸药的微观结构、流散性和机械感度进行了测试,研究了装药直径对炸药爆速的影响,并进行了不锈钢与钢板爆炸焊接实验。结果表明,该炸药颗粒内部含有空隙,颗粒形状极不规则,流散性好,撞击感度和摩擦感度均为0,当装填密度为0.81 g·cm-3时,炸药的猛度实测值为9.71 mm,当装药直径为16~50 mm时,爆速为1754~2439 m·s-1,基本满足金属板材爆炸焊接的要求。 

Abstract:In order to make the properties of emulsion explosive satisfy the requirements of explosive welding, emulsion matrix, foam and carbonate mineral powder were mixed to prepare a kind of emulsion explosive with low detonation velocity.The microstructure, fluxion property and mechanical sensitivity were tested, the effect of charge diameter on detonation velocity was studied, and the explosive welding test on stainless steel-steel plate was tested.Results show that the internal of explosive have interspaces, shapes of particle are irregular, and have a good fluxion property, and the sensitivities of impact and friction are both zero.When the loading density of explosive is 0.81 g·cm-3, the actual measured brisance is 9.71 mm, and when the charge diameter is 16-50 mm, the detonation velocity is 1754-2439 m·s-1.The explosive can satisfy the requirements of explosive welding of metal plate.
