摘    要:采用浓度-时间比法研究端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)/N100反应动力学,利用Matlab软件计算得到反应级数和不同温度下反应速率常数,考察了反应速率变化对催化剂用量的依赖关系,并对过程中粘度与时间的变化关系进行研究.结果表明:HTPB/N100反应符合一级反应规律,活化能Ea=70.57 kJ·mol-1;反应速率常数与...

Abstract:Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)/N100 reaction kinetic was investigated by method of the ratio of concentration and time, and Matlab was applied to calculating the reaction order and rate constant in different temperatures. The effects of various additions of catalyst on reaction rate were studied. The relationship between time and viscosity for HTPB/N100 reaction was revealed. The results show that the reaction of HTPB/N100 belongs to first order reaction and activation energy (Ea) is 70.57KJ/mol. With the increase of catalyst proportion, the reaction rate constants increase. The exponential time-dependent model of reaction system established reveals relationship of the two factors.
