硼粒子的表面包覆及其性能分析

摘    要:介绍了硼粒子表面包覆的实验方法及包覆硼粉的性能分析,适合于用高氯酸铵(AP),高氯酸钾(KP),氟化锂(LiF)叠氮化钠(NaN3)包覆硼粉的实验方法有重结晶法,中和沉积法和相分离法,为表征表面包覆对硼粉性能的影响,对硼粉的酸度,粘度,热化学特性及点火性能作了具体分析,并得出了有关结论。

Abstract:the experimental methods of surface coating of boron powder and the performance analyses of coated boron powder were introduced.The methods, including recrystallization, neutralization, deposition and phase separation, are suitable for coat ing boron with NH4ClO4, KClO4, LiF and NaN3. In order to characterize the performance improvement of coated boron powder, the acidity, viscosity, thermochemical properties and ignition behaviour of coated and uncoated boron powder were measured and compared,and some valuable results were obtained.
