鱼雷内部电磁干扰测试与诊断

摘    要:贯穿整个鱼雷研制过程的电磁兼容性需要以试验作为辅助手段来检验,然而要求设计人员都到规范实验室去解决电磁干扰问题是不现实的。本文利用频谱分析仪、电流探头等通用仪器构建测试系统,旨在实现对产品进行电磁干扰的测量,通过分析干扰信号频率和带宽等特征确定干扰源,并提出了产品电磁兼容测试诊断步骤,经工程应用表明,构建的测试系统能及时、简单、有效地解决鱼雷产品中出现的电磁干扰问题。

Abstract:Throughout the whole process of torpedo development, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is measured by experiments as an auxiliary method. But it is unpractical to request engineers to solve all EMI problems in the standard laboratory. This article mainly illustrates how to build a measurement system by using the general instruments such as frequency spectrum analyzer and current probe, etc. The emphasis of the article is placed on discussing EMI measurement and fixing position of interference source by analyzing interference signal frequency and bandwidth characteristic. We put forward the procedure of the product EMC test. Engineering application shows that the measurement system can timely and effectively solve EMI problems of torpedo.
