鱼雷热动力系统性能评价指标体系初探

摘    要:为了更好的对鱼雷热动力系统进行综合评价,且能够对同一系统的不同方案进行比较,在借鉴国内相关行业指标体系构建的基础上,提出了用于评价鱼雷热动力系统的指标体系,采用关联矩阵法,并考虑各指标的权重系数,获得了各方案有关指标的评价值,探索了系统多目标量化评价方法.构建的指标体系和评价方法可用于鱼雷不同能源动力系统的对比、同一能源动力系统的改进,还可反映能源动力系统的发展方向,为新型能源动力系统选型决策提供技术支撑.

Abstract:To improve the comprehensive evaluation of a torpedo thermal power system and compare different evaluation plans for same system, a performance evaluation index system is proposed based on the experience from related industries in China. The performance evaluation index system is established by using the related matrix method and considering the weight of each index. Through calculating the weighted sum of the indexes of different thermal power systems, the evaluation values of indexes of each plan are achieved, and the multi-objective quantization method is dis- cussed. The proposed performance evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation method can be applied to the comparison of torpedo thermal power systems with different energy, the improvement of the power systems with same energy. In addition, this performance evaluation index system may reflect development trend of torpedo thermal power systems, and provide a support for type decision of future thermal power systems.
