鱼雷燃气涡轮机废气喷水冷却计算与分析

摘    要:使用燃气涡轮机可使鱼雷航速大幅度提高,但由于涡轮机后废气温度较高,对密封、轴承、润滑系统及航迹产生不利影响,必须采取措施对废气进行冷却.本文详述了涡轮机废气喷水冷却的原理,并基于工程热力学及流体力学基本理论,建立了废气喷水冷却计算模型,对不同工况下涡轮机废气冷却进行了计算,得到了满足要求的最优喷水量和冷却后废气热力参数.计算结果为燃气涡轮机动力装置冷却系统设计提供了理论支撑.

Abstract:To reduce harmful influence of torpedo gas turbine′s high-temperature exhaust-gas on the seal,bearings and lubrication,as well as the track of a torpedo,the principle of cooling turbine exhaust-gas with water spray is described.Corresponding calculation models are established following the theories of engineering thermodynamics and fluid dy-namics to calculate the parameters in cooling exhaust gas process with different conditions.Consequently,the optimum water consumption and the thermomechanical parameter of exhaust-gas after cooling are obtained.The calculated results could provide a technical support for cooling system design of torpedo gas turbine.
