车载电站并机逆变器电流控制技术研究

摘    要:首先介绍了用于导弹发射车的车载电站系统结构及其运行的基本原理。为保证蓄电池组备用电源经三相逆变器成功并入采用柴油发电机的车载电站,并实现逆变器单位功率因数运行,需要保证三相逆变器转换出的电流与柴油发电机组输出电压保持同相位。在三相逆变器动态数学模型的基础上,设计了一种带柴油机发电机组输出电压前馈的双闭环控制系统结构,采用软件锁相环对柴油机发电机组电压进行相位锁定,用于闭环系统控制以使逆变器输出电流与柴油发电机电压一致,实现单位功率因数的电能传输。在MATLAB SIMULINK环境下建立了锁相环及系统整体的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,该锁相环能够很好的实现锁相,有效的保证逆变器单位功率因数运行,该控制策略能够保证逆变器成功并入柴油发电机车载电站。

Abstract:The structure and principle of the missile launch vehicle power plant system are introduced first. In order to realize parallel operation with diesel generator and unity power factor that using battery as backup energy storage, the frequency and phase of inverter output current must be identical to the voltage of diesel generator. Based on the dynamic mathematic model of three phase inverter, a dual-loop control system with a feedforward of diesel generator output voltage is designed, in which a software PLL is desiged for the frequency and phase tracking of diesel generator output voltage for the unity power factor control of inverter. The PLL and vehicle plant system are simulated in MATLAB-SIMULINK, the results show that the software PLL can tracking the frequency and phase of diesel generator very well, and the three-phase inverter can successfully parallel with diesel generator with the operate mode of unity power factor state.
