系统性能退化与可靠性评估

摘    要:退化试验和分析提供了评估系统可靠性的信息.对于实时系统可靠性或生存分析可以采用在线退化监测.讨论了系统性能、退化和系统性能可靠性估计的概念.回顾和讨论了用于估计失效时间分布和渐近方差的离线退化数据分析以及利用时间序列进行可靠性估计和预测的在线性能退化.离线方法对于那些具有极高可靠性部件的失效时间分布估计是有用的,而在线方法可以应用于那些突发灾难性系统失效的系统.讨论了两种情形中的统计方法.

Abstract:Degradation test and analysis provide the information to assess the reliability of system.On-line degradation monitoring can be adopted for real-time system performance reliability or survival prediction.The concepts of system performance,degradation and system performance reliability assessment are discussed.The off-line degradation data analysis for estimating time-to-failure distributions with asymptotic variances and the on-line performance degradation for reliability assessment and prediction with time...
