| Abstract: | Characteristics of unit effectiveness,system effectiveness and operational effectiveness are analyzed.The common evaluation method of system effectiveness is discussed by taking the example for WSEIAC model.Evaluation methods of operational effectiveness are discussed by introducing various operational effectiveness models.The evaluation method of operational effectiveness based on simulation is discussed finally. |
