爆炸成型弹丸成型因素的正交设计研究

摘    要:以球缺型爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)为计算模型,应用显式有限元程序LS-DYNA,计算分析了药型罩曲率半径、药型罩壁厚、装药长径比、壳体厚度4种因素对爆炸成型弹丸速度的影响规律.结果表明:随着药型罩曲率半径、装药长径比、壳体厚度的增大以及药型罩壁厚减少,EFP的速度增大.在此基础上以爆炸成型弹丸速度为指标,应用正交设计方法对这4个因素对EFP速度的影响主次关系进行了分析研究.结果表明药型罩壁厚是主要影响因素,并得到了4种因素各水平的最优组合.

Abstract:With hemispherical Explosively Formed Projectile(EFP) simulation model,the influence laws of curvature radius,liner thickness,the length-to-diameter ratio of the explosive charge and shell thickness on velocity of EFP are analyzed using explicit finite element program LS-DYNA in this paper.It shows that with the increasing of curvature radius,liner thickness,the length-to-diameter ratio of the charge,and decreasing of shell thickness,the velocity of EFP increase.Regarding velocity of EFP as index on this basis,orthogonal design method is applied to analyze the primary and secondary relations of the four factors influencing on the velocity of EFP.The results indicate that liner thickness is main influence factor,and a optimum combination of every level of four factors is gained.
