塑料导爆管点火能力与传火孔直径的关系

摘    要:模拟导爆管与雷管的装配 ,用动态数据测试分析系统测定了导爆管点火压力和点火冲量随传火孔直径的变化规律。对于 BSI型变色导爆管而言 ,当传火孔直径在 0 .6~ 1 .4mm范围内变化时 ,随着传火孔直径的增大 ,点火峰压和点火冲量均单调增大 ;而传火孔直径在 0 .2~ 0 .6mm范围内变化时 ,两者基本维持不变

Abstract:The assembly of Nonel tube with detonator was simulated, and the igniting pressure and impulse of Nonel tube varying with its fire hole diameter was determined through dynamic data testing and analytic system. It shows that for Nonel tube, the igniting peak pressure and igniting impulse increase with the increasing of its fire hole diameter at 0.6~1.4mm, but they remainalmost the same when its fire hole diameter varies at 0.2~0.6mm.
