精确延时微爆轰再传递控制器设计

摘    要:针对新一代微爆轰型弹射救生系统在弹射通道清理过程中因机舱内外气压不平衡而可能引起弹射事故问题,设计了一种基于直列式点火的精确延时微爆轰再传递控制器。该控制器采用 MLVDS 总线实时接收机载计算机发送的飞行高度与舱内外气压差编码数据,并严格按照数据交互协议与数据间的关系确定泄压平衡时间,接收到泄压窗口开启爆轰信号时执行气压平衡延时点火功能,使舱内外气压达到平衡后再引爆爆炸箔点火器,将执行弹射任务的爆轰信号再传递,有效降低弹射救生事故发生可能性。试验验证结果表明,控制器的数据交互模块运行正常,安全控制模块精密执行了 500ms 与 1.1s 程控延时,且控制高压点火模块在触发后 215ns 处达到峰值电压 2.4kV,对应的爆发电压为 2.3kA,可靠引爆内嵌爆炸箔点火器的爆轰逻辑传递器。

Abstract:Aiming at the new generation micro-detonation transition model ejection escape system, the accident in the channel cleaning process of ejection escape might happen, due to the air pressure imbalance inside and outside the aircraft cockpit, so a controller was designed to realize precise delay and micro-detonation retransmission based on in-line initiation. The MLVDS bus was used to real-time receive the coded data from onboard computer, which is about flight height and the air pressure difference inside and outside the aircraft cockpit, based on the data interaction protocol and the relationship of data, the time to reach equilibrium for the air pressure inside and outside the cabin was determined. The delay ignition was executed as receiving the detonation signal from the pressure relief window. After the air pressure in the cabin was balanced, the high-security explosion foil initiator was exploded to re-transmit the detonation signal that performs the ejection function, so the possibility of catapult rescue accidents could be avoided. The test results showed that the data interaction module runs normally, safety control module can realize 500ms and 1.1s delay time, and after the high voltage ignition module is triggered for 215ns, the voltage will reach peak value of 2.4kV, corresponding to 2.3kV burst voltage, which can initiate the explosive foil initiator reliabily.
