摘    要:以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,水为非溶剂,通过采用溶剂非溶剂重结晶细化中的正加法与反加法,研究了HMX重结晶过程中的晶型转变,提出了晶型析出与转变的方式。研究表明溶剂非溶剂比例是重结晶晶型的决定性因素,在溶剂非溶剂任意比例下,晶体首先析出γ-HMX,溶剂过量时γ-HMX转晶为β-HMX,溶剂非溶剂相当时,转晶为α-HMX,非溶剂过量则保持γ晶型。

Abstract:With dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent and water as non-solvent, the method of drop order for solvent and non-solvent firstly was used to study the crystal and crystal transition of HMX in the process of recrystallization. The way of crystal and crystal transition of HMX was shown that the ratio of the volume of solvent to non-solvent was the determining factor. In any ratio,γ-HMX was crystallized firstly. With more solvent,γ-HMX turned into β-HMX, with the ratio suited,γ-HMX turned into α-HMX, with more non-solvent,γ-HMX kept the crystal.
