飞片式无起爆药雷管结构研究

摘    要:设计了一种新型飞片激发装置的无起爆药雷管,通过铅板穿孔试验研究了飞片直径、厚度和中间装药条件对雷管爆轰性能的影响。研究结果表明:当飞片厚度在0.1~0.3mm范围内时,随着厚度增加,飞片起爆能力增强;直径相同时,厚度为0.2mm、0.3 mm的飞片能够可靠起爆雷管底部装药,飞片厚度0.1 mm时,雷管发生半爆。中间装药密度过大或高度过低都会导致雷管发生半爆,合适的装药密度范围为0.86~1.41 g·cm~(-3),装药高度应不低于2mm。

Study on the Structure of Flying Plate Detonator
Abstract:The flying plate detonator with new flyer excitation device was designed. The influences of diameter and thickness of flyer and charge conditions of medium charge on detonation property were researched by lead disc test. Within range of 0.1~0.3 mm thickness,the initiating capacity of flyer become large with the increase of thickness. On same diameter condition, 0.2 mm or 0.3mm thickness flyer can led to detonation and 0.1 mm flyer cannot. With low height or large density,medium charge can cause non-steady detonation, the appropriate density is 0.86~1.41 g·cm-3 and the proper height should not lower than 2mm.
