摘    要:火炸药的感度一般通过其表面形貌和分子结构来计算,但火炸药微粒的表面形貌极不规则,分子结构复杂多样,采用此种方法计算感度复杂度高,且结果不稳定。为解决该问题,本研究以分形理论为基础,结合图像处理技术对两种不同制备方法的RDX表面粗糙度进行了定量分析,并将感度的试验测试结果与表面分维数进行了对比。结果表明,分形维数越大,其表面越粗糙,RDX的感度在一定程度上随着其表面分维数的增大而增大。

A Sensitivity Calculation Method of RDX Based on Fractal
Abstract:The sensitivity of explosives is generally studied by its surface morphology and molecular structure. But the surface morphology of the explosive particles is very complicated, it is difficult to study the surface topography. In order to solve this problem, based on fractal theory, combined with image processing technology, surface roughness of two different kinds of RDX were analyzed quantitatively. And the sensitivity test results were compared with the surface fractal dimension. The results show that the surface roughness and the sensitivity of RDX increase with the increase of the surface fractal dimension.
