固体醇燃料制备工艺研究

摘    要:探讨了以硝化棉为凝胶剂、液体醇为分散介质、水为固化剂合成固体醇燃料的制备工艺,并分析了各组分对产品质量的影响.实验结果表明:该方法的关键工艺条件是应将硝化棉控制在4.0%~10.0%,水的用量控制在3.0%~6.0%.用该方法制备的固体醇燃料具有燃烧热值高、燃后残渣少、无黑烟,生产在常温下进行,不需要加热等优点.

Abstract:A new method to synthesize solid alcohol fuel was put forward,the basic raw materials for the fuel included nitrocellulose as gelling agent,liquid alcohol as dispersion medium,water as curing agent.In addition,components’ effect on the performance of product was studied.Experiments result showed that the optimal and key preparation conditions were dosage of nitrocellulose from 4.0% to 10.0%,and dosage of water from 3.0% to 6.0%.Comparing to conventional solid alcohol,the solid alcohol fuel has the advantages of higher heat,little residual,no soot producing,no need to heat and so on.
