一种烟光箔片的实验研究

摘    要:介绍一种选用特殊材料、特殊形状并涂敷上一层烟火药的箔片,这种箔片被点燃后散布到空中时,可以干扰红外成像、毫米波雷达和双色制导武器。本文分析了影响这种箔片辐射性能的涂敷工艺,进行了红外辐射强度测试,结果表明:涂敷相同厚度而稠度不同的烟火药,稠度大的箔片红外辐射强度偏低;涂敷稠度相同的烟火药,涂层厚的箔片辐射强度偏高,为提高箔片燃烧一致性,应采用严格工艺手段控制。

Abstract:A kind of chaff composed of special materials, coated with pyrotechnical powder is presented. After being ignited and scattered in the air, the chaff burning from edge to center can jam aimed weapon with infrared imaging, radar-infrared and ultraviolet-infrared. The coating process affecting the radiating capacity of chaff is analyzed. Test results showed that the infrared radiation intensity of chaff coated with high consistence pyrotechnical powder was lower, and that of the chaff coated with thick pyrotechnical powder was higher.
