| 摘 要： | 测量了爆炸胀接速度和管子的轴向变形，并与机械胀管进行了比较，根据胀接对管子径向变形的要求，提出了爆炸胀紧率工艺参数的限定范围，通过三孔同步胀接试验，探讨了装药量和介质对爆炸胀紧率及其分布的影响。

| Abstract: | The Joint velocity and axial deformation of explosive joint of tube/tubeplate were obtained experimentally and a comparison was made with the mechanical joint. The leaking tightness was evaluated for the explosive joint of tube/tubeplate according to the required radial deformation of the tube. The effect of linear density of explosive charge on the leaking tightness and its distribution was investigated experimentally. |
