| 摘 要： | 结合工艺约束建立传感器性能指标与结构参数之间的数学模型，通过遗传算法在给定的可行域进行全局搜索，使用Matlab进行编程，求解得到优化解，理论分析表明遗传算法能够很好的应用在传感器的优化设计中。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the Genetic Algorithms is used to do sensor optimization design. The specific design steps is given in detail. The piezoresistive accelerometer design is used as an example, it is realized in Matlab. The results indicate that the GA can solve the problems of parameter optimization in the sensor design. |
