引信传爆序列长通道冲击起爆研究

摘    要:长通道起爆传爆技术虽已应用于一些引信,但目前未见有关该技术的研究文献,其可靠性缺乏定量的证明.为此,用实验方法定量研究引信传爆序列中两种薄底壳首发雷管经长通道起爆敏感针刺继发雷管的有效作用距离和可靠性.研究表明:一定尺寸范围内,影响施主雷管长通道能量传递能力的主要因素是药高和底壳.合理设计引信传爆序列长通道雷管一雷管序列能够满足高瞬发、有效作用距离长、可靠性高的引信要求.

Abstract:The shock initiation across large air hole between two detonators was used in mechanical fuze for some years,but the initiation reliability had been not reported in papers.So it is essential to study on the initiation reliability of the second stab detonator initiated by the shock wave output from the first detonator with thin cup across air hole.The experiment results shows that the main factors that affecting the initiation reliability of second detonators in detonator-detonator train are charge length an...
