| 摘 要： | 底事件数据确定原则的制定对于引信故障树底事件数据库的建立有重要的意义，文中考虑了影响底事件数据的各种因素，提出了安全系统原发性失效，火工品失效和人因失效底事件的数据确定原则，在引信故障树底事件数据库的建立上做了基础性的工作。

| Abstract: | For a fuze fault tree data base, the principles for defining the failure probability of basic events are significant .This paper puts forward some ideas on the principles for defining the data of three kinds of basic events, safety system original failure, explosive component fault and human caused failure in the fuze fault tree. |
