弹丸侵彻多层靶板数值分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS/LS—DYNA分析技术对弹丸侵彻三层均质靶板进行数值分析,获取弹丸侵彻靶板的速度、加速度变化曲线,并计算了弹丸侵彻三层靶板时的极限速度。通过分析不同弹速、不同弹重产生的弹丸速度及加速度的变化,找到其中的变化规律,为硬目标侵彻引信设计中的参数优化及抗高过载加速度传感器的选择提供理论依据,解决了过程计算的繁琐问题。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the penetration ability against three - layer spaced metal plates using ANSYS/LS- DYNA, obtains the velocity and acceleration changing curve and calculates the smallest value of the velocity for penetrating through three spaced plates. Through analyzing the change of the velocity and acceleration of the projectile under different penetrating velocity and weight of the projectile, we find the change regularity and provide the theory basis for the optimum design of the penetration fuze and the selection of the high G sensor, and solve the complex problem of process calculation.
