MEMS平面微弹簧弹性系数的研究

摘    要:分析了在MEMS引信安全系统中平面微弹簧的作用、性能等特点.针对平面微弹簧的设计没有有效的计算公式这一问题,应用力学中的能量法,对一种应用在引信安全系统中的“Z型”平面微弹簧进行了弹性系数计算公式推导,并用有限元分析软件进行了仿真计算.仿真结果与公式计算结果相吻合,验证了公式推导的正确性.

Abstract:In this paper,the characteristics of function,performance of planar microspring in MEMS fuze safety system are analyzed.To solve the problem that there are no effective calculation formulas for the designs of planar microsprings,the elastic coefficient formula of a planar microspring used in fuze safety system,the form of which is "Z",is derived with the energy method in applied mechanics.And it is also calculated by the finite element analysis software.The simulation results tally with that of formula,which validates the correctness of the formula.
