基于符号峭度最大化的水声信道盲均衡算法

摘    要:利用随机信号的峭度能完全抑制高斯噪声(TN)的特点,结合符号算法,推导了盲均衡器权向量更新的符号峭度最大化自适应算法(SKMAA),该算法计算量小,在收敛速度与均方误差等方面的性能均优于CMA算法,特别有利于水声信息的实时恢复。通过水声信道盲均衡的仿真实验,进一步验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract:Sign kurtosis maximization adaptive algorithm (SKMAA) for updating blind equalizer weight vectors is proposed based on the kurtosis of random signals, the stochastic ascend approach and sign algorithm. In this proposed algorithm, the sign of the equalizer output signal function is used as the updating factor of equalizer weight vector in order to decrease computational load. The performance of this proposed algorithm in convergent rate and mean square error is much better than that of the CMA. Accordingly, it is especially suitable to the blind equalization of the underwater acoustics channel. The performance of the SKMAA is proven by computer simulation using underwater acoustics channels.
