| 摘 要： | 针对国产器件普遍缺乏的仿真模型,提出一种方法和实现途径,建立电子元器件的仿真模型,供电路仿真使用。文中采用这一方法对差分对管进行建模,建模结果在AGC回路中得到了验证。这种方法也可以应用于其他学科的元件建模。

| Abstract: | Because there are no simulating model of domestic component,a way and a(rea-)lization method are provided to create model of electronic component for the use of circuit simulation.This way is used to create the model of differential twin triode.Wave of simulation in AGC circuit is showed which prove that the model works well.This way can also be used to create part model in other disciplines. |
