| 摘 要： | 为了准确评估工程装备修理机构修理能力建设水平，运用层次分析法构建了合理完善的修理能力评估指标体系，并改进了权重的计算方法；规范了定量指标值的量化方法，基于三角模糊函数建立了单因素模糊评估模型；基于专家评估法，设计了定性指标模糊评估函调表；运用模糊综合评估法实现了修理机构修理能力评估；通过对某战略级修理机构评估，验证了该方法的科学性与实用性。

| Abstract: | A reasonable target system was built for repair ability assessment of engineering equipment re-pair institution based on analytic hierarchy process. The Weight calculation method was improved. The quantitative methods of the targets were standardized. And fuzzy assessment unifactor model for quantitative targets was established based on triangular fuzzy function. Fuzzy evaluation tables for qualitative targets were designed based on expert assessment act. An objective result was given after the repair ability assess-ment of one strategically level repair institution. |
