摘    要:爆炸成型弹丸战斗部(EFP)的侵彻威力取决于成型弹丸的速度和长径比指标,而这2个指标又由药型罩结构参数直接决定。成型弹丸的长径比和速度指标,对药型罩结构设计的要求一般是矛盾的。为合理规划成型弹丸指标,基于多目标优化的宽容分层序列法原理,对药型罩的结构参数进行了协调和优化设计。根据优化方案进行仿真得到的成型弹丸同时满足了对2个指标的需求,证明在药型罩结构设计中应用宽容分层序列法进行优化设计是有效的。

Liner's Configuration Parameters Optimization Based on Stratified Sequence Method

Abstract:Explosively Formed Projectile (EFP) Warhead should both meet the formed projectile's veloci-ty and aspect ratio requirements. Accordingly, this paper proposed several indicators, based on Stratified Sequence Method. The research was carried out through optimizing the liner' s configuration parameters to finally evaluate the optimized result of EFP. According to the obtained optimized configuration projectile, the requirements of proposed indicators were all satisfied, and the main indicators were further improved. The results of this paper suggest that Stratified Sequence Method was just suitable for liner' s configuration parameters optimization design.
