基于CUDA实现经典功率谱估计

摘    要:针对目前通常使用Matlab等软件调用CPU进行功率谱估计的现状,提出了一种借助于CUDA平台调用GPU并行计算功率谱的方法;根据经典功率谱估计方法的原理,实现了GPU进行功率谱估计,通过Matlab的C语言接口输出结果,并给出了程序执行流程;最后通过数据对比,显示了CUDA并行计算带来的性能优势.

Achievement of Classic Power Spectrum Estimation Based on CUDA

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation that power spectrum estimation is computed on CPU via Matlab or other program, a new method in which CUDA is used to accomplish computing power spectrum estima- tion is proposed. Based on theory of classic power spectrum estimation, power spectrum estimation is a- chieved on GPU, and data is outputted via C API provided by Matlab, and also program flows are provid- ed. At last, comparing sheet shows that better performance between CPU and CUDA parallel computing is given.
