美军作战适用性实验中人因工程实验评析

摘    要:美国军方对人机相容性的研究起步较早。美军多种武器系统如多管火箭系统MLRS(Multiple Launch Rocket ssysten)中都大量采用人因工程标准进行设计,不仅提高了战斗力,而且保障了操作人员的操作安全,将因工程设计引起的人员伤害和勤务障碍降至最低。本文从美国MLRS系统作战适用性实验(Operational Test)的实验组织、内容、步骤、结论等进行分析,以期得到美军在人因工程研究方面一些有益经验,供我国武器设计研究部门借鉴。

Abstract:The U. S. army has started to study human-machine compatility problem earlier. Human factor engineering criteria have been adopted in large quantities to design the U. S. arms systens ,such as the multiple launch rocket system presented in this paper- This not only has improved their mission performance,but also assured the operators'safety in their operatoin, and minimized the harm to the personnel and the service obstruction caused by the engineering design. This study analyses the organization, contents .steps and conchusions of the operational test of the U. S. MLRS so that acquire some useful experience from the human factor engineering research done by the U. S. army and present it to our arms design departments as refernce.
