| 摘 要： | 陆军装备保障转型方案评价是转型科学实施的必要基础,既具有目标指向性,又反应转型方案优选标准。将陆军装备保障转型方案评价分为实施效果和方案制定2个方面。实施效果主要从实施转型后保障能力变化反应,方案制定主要从装备保障转型方案的必要性、可行性和合理性反应,形成了陆军装备保障转型方案评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Evaluation of army equipment support transformation scheme is the essential foundation for sci- entifically executions of transformation, as provided the aim and optimization criteria for the army equip- ment support transformation. The evaluation index system is divided into two parts： one is from the affec- tion of transformation, which reflects the change of support capacity between the current capacity and after transformation; the other is from the scheme itself, which is from the necessity, practicability and rationali- ty of the scheme. As a result, the index system for evaluation of army equipment support transformation scheme is founded. |
