镁合金尾舱水压试验分析

摘    要:应用鱼水雷薄壁壳体结构设计方法,设计制造ZM5-T6镁合金曲线型尾舱壳体试件,进行试件耐水压性能试验;在外部水压载荷加大至1.60 MPa过程中,试件两端口连接和密封性能稳定,各测点壳体等效应力随外压均按线性关系变化,最大应力值和变形量均在设计要求范围;ZM5镁合金用作耐水压尾舱壳体轻量化结构材料,从设计上和工艺上能够保证其铸造成型质量和承压性能。

Hydraulic Pressure Experiment Analysis of a Magnesium Alloy Tail Shell

Abstract:Applying thin-walled structure engineering design method for torpedo and mine,the curve tail shell specimen was designed and fabricated with the material ZM5-T6,carrying out specimen performance experiment in different external hydraulic loads distributed uniformly.In the process of hydraulic loads increased to 1 .60 MPa,the specimen connection and seal in two ports stabilizes,equivalent stresses of specimen in all measuring points increase in linear relation,maximum stress and deformation of the shell complying with the design requirement.Magnesium alloy ZM5 is used as lightweight material of the pressure-resistant tail shell,the casting quality and loads bearing performance can be ensured from design and technology.
