摘    要:研究了含匹配层结构Tonpilz水声换能器的频带展宽问题。在其前辐射端端部粘结上适当的弹性材料,形成的阻抗匹配层可使换能器工作在多模状态,单层匹配层的情况下,合理选择匹配层的厚度可调整谐振点之间的距离,从而改善换能器的辐射特性。有限元分析结果表明:匹配层技术可有效拓展换能器频带。在案例假设条件下,粘结厚度为6mm的聚苯乙烯匹配层可将电导带宽从7kHz提高到20.4kHz,-3dB带宽可达到11.8kHz。

FEM Analysis of Tonpilz Acoustic Transducer with Matching Layer

Abstract:Widening bandwidth of the Tonpilz transducer is studied. The proper elastic material adhered to the radiation end which can form the matching layer, the bandwidth is widened by adjusting state of multi- resonance. The impedance characteristic of matching layer and mechanism of band-widening are analyzed by using finite element method. Two kinds of matching layer materials are considered, and the emission characteristic are analyzed by using the finite element model. The result shows that the bandwidth can be expanded by the matching layer. When the thickness of Polystyrene matching layer is 6mm, conductance bandwidth can be widened from 7kHz to 20.4kHz, and -3dB bandwidth will reach 11.8kHz.
