旋转弹链传动系统动力学仿真与振动分析

摘    要:为分析某型旋转弹链传动系统的振动因素,根据该弹仓内传动链实际运动轨迹和结构特征,建立了链传动系统的动力学模型,应用拉格郎日法解出该模型的解析解,并进一步使用Matlab工具进行了仿真,分析出撑紧链轮弹簧刚度和传动系统的质量分布是链传动系统固有频率的主要影响因素。在此基础上,针对该型装备在实际使用过程中固有频率时刻发生变化的特点,提出了通过改变撑紧链轮弹簧刚度来反馈调节链传动系统固有频率的思路,以避免共振现象的发生。

Simulation and Vibration Analysis of Mechanized Eddy Magazine System Dynamics

Abstract:In order to analyze the vibration factors of a certain Mechanized Eddy Magazine System, accord- ing to the actual trajectory and structural characteristics of the transmission chain of the eddy magazine, we have established a chain drive system dynamics model and analysesed the main factors of the natural fre- quency of chain transmission system are the springs' stiffness of hold tight sprocket and the quality of the transmission system' s distribution with the model' s analytical solution by. using Lagrange method and fur- ther use the Mat lab tool for simulation. On this basis, aiming at this type of equipment is constantly chan- ging in actual use, this paper proposed a design idea that by changing the spring' s stiffness of hold tight sprocket to feedback regulation control the natural frequency of chain transmission system to avoid the oc- currence of resonance.
