摘    要:模拟了末端制导反舰导弹在侵彻舰艇装甲时末制导弹爆炸模型,得出破片飞行的初速度,再通过 ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行不同速度和质量及形状的钨合金破片侵彻装甲薄弱部位的数值模拟,得出高速自锻破片能够对装甲毁坏,但会使装甲出现反弹,侵彻深度不及中等速度破片;尖头破片出现较大应力集中,未到侵彻深度会使破片破坏;得到毁坏薄装甲的最小破片质量,为薄弱装甲防护提供了参考。

Damage Effectiveness Evaluation of Tungsten Fragments Penetrate the Weak Parts of the Ship Armor
Abstract:The terminally guided anti-ship missile during the naval armor penetration simulated the explosion model of end missile system to get the initial velocity of fragments flying,and we simulated different speeds and quality and shape of Tungsten Fragments to penetrate the weak parts armor by ANSYS/ LS-DYNA,and then we obtained the conclusion that high speed fragments are capable of forging armor destroy,but it will rebound in a armor,and penetration depth is less than medium speed fragments;and the pointed fragments have greater stress concentration,and if it has not come to penetration depth it will get wrecked;and we got the smallest fragment thin quality of destroyed armored,which provides a reference for thin armor protection.
