基于平行光枪弹几何全尺寸非接触检测

摘    要:针对目前枪弹弹丸几何参数机械检测精度低,对弹壳有磨损,测量参数非定量等不足,提出了基于上位机 PC与二维高速尺寸测量仪通过串口通信的非接触测量方法,实现了对弹丸外形参数以及弹壳和弹头装配同轴度等尺寸非接触测量。该方法通过平行光照射被测物体,Labview 编程软件平台对于数据进行处理,可以完成对弹丸几何全参数高速率高精度的测量,根据所测实际参数判断弹丸是否合格,并积累大量数据以待后续处理实现对弹丸的甄别。

Non-Contact Detection for All Geometric Parameters of Projectile Based on Parallel Light
Abstract:Aiming at the deficiencies of mechanical measurement on projectiles,such as low precision, abrasion to cartridge cases and non-quantitative measured parameters,this paper put forward a non-contact measurement method based on PC and high-speed 2D measurement sensor communicating via serial port. It can realize high-speed and high-precision measurement for all parameters of projectiles by taking use of parallel light to exposure the objects and Labview to process datas.It can determine whether the projectiles qualified according to the actual measured datas,which are accumulated plentifully for subsequent processing to realize the discernment of the projectiles.
